Out of Bounds, Lillehammer minigolf (“we”) respects your privacy and processes personal data as the data controller in accordance with the Personal Data Act. These terms provide you with information on how we process information about you.

What information we process and how we use it

We process visit information. This includes information that the server automatically generates when someone visits our website. This typically includes which pages have been downloaded, time, the page you came from, IP address, device type (e.g., iPhone), browser type, and operating system. Visit information is used in anonymized form for the purpose of operating and further developing the websites.

If you fill in information in registration forms, we will also process the information you fill in the registration forms. This information is used to administer the services. Your email address may be used to send you advertisements if you have consented to this or if it is otherwise permitted by Norwegian law.

In addition, we process your inquiries and feedback if you voluntarily contact us or provide feedback about our websites.

This includes storing the information encrypted where necessary. Visit information is deleted/anonymized continuously. Other information we receive from you is deleted when we no longer need to store it.

These privacy terms apply only to Lillehammerminigolf.no, and we are not responsible for how your personal information is handled on external sites. We recommend that you review the privacy policies of all sites you visit.

Changes

We will publish changes to the privacy statement on the website. Your continued use of the website means that you accept the amended privacy terms. Users of the website should check the privacy statement regularly.

Your rights

  • _ga – records a unique ID for each visitor so that statistics about the use of the website by that ID can be collected. Does not collect personally identifiable information. Expires after 2 years.
